Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide accurate fraud detection analysis, we cannot guarantee that our analysis will identify all fraudulent candidates or that all flagged candidates are actually fraudulent. The Extension provides risk assessments based on available data patterns, but human judgment should always be used in making final hiring decisions.
Fraud Detection Methodology
The Extension offers two layers of fraud detection methodology based on your plan:
- Free Plan: Uses rule-based pattern matching and statistical analysis to identify potential fraud indicators based on publicly available information.
- Paid and Enterprise Plans: Employs advanced AI-powered analysis that includes comprehensive resume analysis, pattern recognition, and sophisticated fraud detection algorithms to provide deeper insights and more accurate risk assessments.
The analysis is provided as a decision support tool only. You retain full responsibility for all hiring decisions and must not rely solely on automated analysis. Actual fraud detection capabilities and accuracy may vary based on available data and the specific patterns present in each candidate profile.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Extension. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Third-Party Dependencies
The Extension may rely on third-party services for certain functionality (such as phone number validation or company data enrichment). We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.
Warranties and Service Commitments
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
However, we commit to:
- Providing the Extension substantially as described in our documentation
- Using commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability
- Implementing industry-standard security measures to protect data
- Notifying users of material changes to functionality
- Not knowingly introducing malicious code or vulnerabilities
- Annual AI Bias Audits: Conducting annual third-party audits of our fraud detection algorithms to identify and mitigate potential biases. These audits evaluate our systems for fairness across protected characteristics and help ensure compliance with anti-discrimination laws. Enterprise customers may request audit reports and compliance documentation under NDA to support their own regulatory compliance requirements, including NYC Local Law 144 and similar AI regulations.
We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all fraudulent candidates will be detected. The Extension provides risk indicators based on available data patterns and should not be your sole basis for hiring decisions.

The Extension and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Endorsed.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
