95%+ fraud accuracy is now on the Growth Plan

New budget-friendly fraud detection
Most recruiting teams have extremely tight budgets. In the past, some have had to choose between rudimentary fraud detection and nothing at all.
The result: qualified candidates are likely getting rejected by mistake, while fraudulent candidates slip deeper into the hiring funnel.
We built two fraud detection starter plans to fix this, both with money-back guarantees.
For small and midsize businesses, pricing starts at $159 per user per month. That includes 400+ signals with 95%+ accuracy.
For enterprises, feel free to reply to this email and we can send details.

Achieving 95%+ accuracy with 400+ fraud signals
A company can build basic fraud detection in a week to claim they have it.
That's how we started a year and a half ago when we built it into our AI applicant reviewer. We had one data partner who gave us about a dozen signals, and we used basic math to calculate risk scores.
It was about 70% accurate at launch. So 30% of the time it improperly flagged a real candidate, and 30% of the time it passed a fraudulent one.
While our users technically had "fraud detection" then, they still had a fraud problem eating away at their productivity due to the inaccurate results.
So we decided to go all-in and committed to building the most accurate candidate fraud detection product on the market.
We threw away the basic math and built a custom AI model from scratch to calculate the risk scores. Then every month we added more signals and retrained the AI model on the hardest fraud cases to boost accuracy.
Now, a year and a half later, we have 400+ signals, 95%+ accuracy, and no plans to stop getting closer to perfect. This is important for doing right by candidates, securing our customers' data and IP, and protecting their recruiters' time.
Now we're privileged to hear recruiters using Endorsed say they rarely, if ever, interview fake candidates, and security teams say they wouldn't catch many fraudulent candidates without it.

Endorsed catches $20B staffing firm's fraudulent contractor who passed two ID verifications and a background check
To highlight a case of a sophisticated fraudster being caught, one of our enterprise customers tested fraud detection on a profile of a contractor they had just hired. Endorsed predicted his application to be high risk.
At first, they thought it might have been a mistake. This person was from a world-class firm and had passed their thorough vetting.
They investigated deeper and found that the individual wasn't using his company laptop, and then when they told him to, they saw him install remote desktop software used by sanctioned state actors.
