What changed
ATS connection now stays in a focused onboarding layout and sends recruiters directly into setup after a successful connection.
Why it matters
- The connection step moved out of the dashboard shell so setup stays focused on completing the ATS authorization.
- A successful connection redirects into the next onboarding step instead of ending with a standalone success alert.
