Applicant Review shows how much of a job’s candidate evaluation work has completed.

Why it matters

• The progress metrics are visible in the normal evaluation workflow, including for larger jobs that take longer to process.
• Recruiters can use evaluation progress directly in the standard Applicant Review workflow.
