Fraud Detection now shows resume parsing as a distinct progress step, so reviewers can see what the check is waiting on.

Why it matters

• The loading flow identifies resume parsing before the remaining fraud checks begin.
• Reviewers receive useful progress during scanned or complex resume processing instead of an undifferentiated wait.
