What changed
Applicant counts now follow the same rejection-stage visibility rules as the candidate list.
Why it matters
- Stage totals exclude rejected applicants when the current review configuration hides their rejection stage.
- Recruiters no longer see a headline count that disagrees with the candidates available in that stage.
