LinkedIn Profile Enrichment

Endorsed can now help ensure you've reviewed every candidate's LinkedIn profile in addition to their resume, by importing it for the AI and for you to review inside of Endorsed.

ATS Stage Change Sync

When you "Advance" or "Reject" a candidate within Endorsed, the candidate's stage is now automatically changed in your ATS as well. Any automations you have configured (such as candidate emails) are also triggered.

4x Faster AI Reviews

Recruiters can now use Endorsed's AI to review up to 137 candidates per minute, with the same or greater accuracy than if they were to review each by hand.

Realtime AI Review

Start reviewing candidates simultaneously with the AI. The top AI-reviewed candidates are re-sorted to the top of the application stack as better matches appear, so you can begin working through the strongest applicants right away instead of waiting for a full batch to complete.
