Candidate Workflow Updates: Bulk Actions, Employer Intelligence, and ATS Sync

This release wave focused on the work surrounding an AI review: narrowing a large applicant pool, acting on a group of candidates, researching prior employers, rediscovering past applicants, and keeping every decision synchronized with your ATS.
Criteria Filtering and Bulk Applicant Actions
Criteria Filtering lets recruiters isolate applicants who are missing or matching a specific criterion, then review or act on that group together.
With Reject All Matching, teams can select the appropriate ATS rejection reason before applying the action to the filtered group.

Deeper ATS Integrations
This release period also brought an official Ashby integration-partner launch and a Greenhouse partner listing. Stage changes and rejection actions stay connected to the system recruiters already use.
We also released a stage-change reliability fix during the summer so candidate actions would continue syncing cleanly.
Employer Intelligence
Endorsed began enriching former-employer context with LinkedIn and Crunchbase research. Recruiters and the AI reviewer could use company attributes—such as funding history and growth stage—when evaluating a candidate's experience.
Refreshed Profiles and Past-Applicant Rediscovery
Profile Refreshes update candidate context after the initial application. Past Applicant Rediscovery applies that newer context to people already in the ATS, making it possible to surface a previous applicant for a new role instead of leaving that candidate buried in an old requisition.
Greenhouse Rejection Reasons
Greenhouse rejection reasons now sync into Endorsed. Recruiters can choose the correct reason while rejecting an applicant and preserve the existing ATS workflow, including any configured email automations.

Together, these updates move more of the review-to-decision workflow into one place while preserving the ATS as the system of record.
