Endorsed Joins PeopleTech Enterprise

Endorsed has joined PeopleTech Enterprise, a community that brings together senior People leaders from more than 50 large employers representing over 3 million employees.
This work is important to us because applicant fraud is no longer a narrow recruiting-operations problem. At enterprise scale, it sits at the intersection of recruiting efficiency, security, and compliance.
PeopleTech Enterprise gives Endorsed the opportunity to learn directly from leaders responsible for those systems. Through conversations with advisors, executive dinners, educational programming, and one-to-one introductions, we will keep improving how Endorsed fits into the real policies and workflows of large organizations.
The Enterprise Hiring Challenge Has Changed
Enterprise recruiting teams are being asked to process more applicants with consistent standards across roles, business units, and regions. At the same time, bad actors are using stolen or rented identities, proxy interviewers, fabricated histories, remote access tools, and coordinated application campaigns to get through hiring processes.
The impact extends beyond wasted recruiting time. A fraudulent hire can introduce risks involving customer and employee data, intellectual property, sanctions, access controls, and recordkeeping. That makes hiring security a shared responsibility across Talent Acquisition, Security, Legal, Compliance, and business leadership.
Endorsed helps teams examine risk earlier, using the information already available in the application process. It brings identity, document, profile, contact, device, network, and behavioral signals together so reviewers can understand the evidence and decide what to do next.
“Across our community of 600+ People leaders, one thing is clear: hiring isn’t just critical, it’s increasingly a security risk. We chose Endorsed because it directly addresses that reality.”

Efficiency, Security, and Responsible Oversight
Our goal is to help enterprises improve three connected parts of hiring:
- Recruiting efficiency: reduce the manual work required to evaluate large applicant pools while preserving recruiter judgment.
- Security: identify potential applicant fraud before a bad actor reaches sensitive interviews, systems, or company data.
- Compliance: maintain clear evidence, review records, and human decision-making that can support internal governance.
Those protections must be designed carefully. A risk signal is context for review, not proof that a person committed fraud. Endorsed does not make hiring decisions, and genuine candidates should not be forced through unnecessary friction because bad actors exist.
There is also a moral obligation behind this work. Every coordinated fraudulent application competes for attention with a real person looking for work. Helping teams clear fraud responsibly means more legitimate candidates can receive timely, thoughtful review.
We are excited to work with the PeopleTech Enterprise community and to build the operating practices large organizations need as recruiting, security, and compliance continue to converge.
