Self-Serve Onboarding + AI Accuracy & Speed Boosts

We are excited to announce that you can now train Endorsed's AI to review your job applications all on your own. Every day you are ready to review candidates, top applicants will be presented first for you to immediately advance, and those not meeting the bar will be clearly marked for you to process, all with reasoning shared alongside.
Alongside the new self-serve experience, we have improved AI review accuracy and speed considerably.
Criteria Management
Train the AI to review like you do, directly inside of Endorsed, then trigger the reviews to start. Everything you need to teach Endorsed your hiring bar lives in one place, so there is no back-and-forth setup before your first review runs.

Criteria Refinement
Hiring criteria evolve as you see real applicants come through. You can now refine which applicants show up first and which get marked as bad fits by adding, editing, and removing review criteria after an AI review is done. The pile re-sorts to match your latest thinking without forcing you to start over.

Criteria Samples
Save time and money by checking whether your criteria are understandable by the AI before running the full review. Sample a few applications first, confirm the AI is interpreting your criteria the way you intended, and only then commit to reviewing the full pipeline.

Daily Sync and Auto-Review
Every day you come into Endorsed, you will have a fresh batch of applicants reviewed and waiting for your decisions. New applications flow in automatically and get evaluated in the background, so the work that greets you each morning is decision-making rather than triage.

Increased AI Review Accuracy
For any criteria, from years of experience to industry experience, Endorsed's AI is now far more accurate in its evaluations. The result is fewer surprises when you spot-check the AI's reasoning and more confidence in advancing the candidates it surfaces at the top.

Increased AI Review Speed
AI review speed is now roughly 40 applications per minute. That is a 20-40x improvement over manual review with comparable quality, which means even high-volume roles can be processed in a fraction of the time it used to take a recruiter to read through the same stack.

Maybe Statuses
Instead of forcing Endorsed to guess whether an applicant meets a criterion, the AI will now say when it is not sure. Typically this happens when an application does not have enough information listed, and you would not be able to tell yourself either if you looked at it. These "maybe" statuses keep the AI honest and surface the cases where a quick human judgment call is the right move.
