Sourcing and Applicant Review: Multi-City Search, Deep Research, and Smarter Criteria

Following the beta launch of Endorsed Sourcing, we shipped a series of search and applicant-review improvements based on early customer feedback.
More Predictable Search Results
Candidates evaluated by the AI now reflect the filters selected for the search. Multi-city selection also lets teams target several hiring markets in a single search instead of recreating the same search for each location.
Stronger Company Search
New company filters give teams more control over company headcount, funding stage, industry, total funding, founding year, and additional target organizations. AI matching can translate a description such as “competitors of Databricks” into relevant companies.

AI Deep Research for Applicant Review
Our new AI Deep Research agent uses information from a resume to research a candidate's former employers across sources such as LinkedIn and Crunchbase. That employer context becomes available to both the AI review and the recruiter, making criteria about growth stage, funding, or company profile easier to evaluate.
New Criteria for Outreach and Growth Experience
Two new Criteria Templates help teams focus a search:
- Likely to Reply to Outreach evaluates multiple signals that may indicate a candidate is more open to a conversation.
- Hypergrowth Experience identifies whether a candidate worked at a company during a period of rapid growth.

AI Sourcing Is Generally Available
On May 1, Endorsed Sourcing moved out of beta. Teams can use the same product to search for new candidates, evaluate existing applicants, and carry role-specific criteria across both workflows.
