Introducing Endorsed: AI Applicant Screening for Modern Recruiting Teams

Today we're introducing Endorsed, a dedicated AI recruiting product built to help hiring teams screen applicants and identify stronger matches faster.

Early Access and Free Trials

In September 2023, we opened free-trial access so recruiting teams could connect an applicant tracking system and test AI-assisted applicant screening with their own roles and candidates.

The early setup flow was designed to be lightweight: connect your ATS, choose a role, and start reviewing ranked applicants.

API Access

By October, Endorsed was also available through an API for teams building AI review directly into their own recruiting products and workflows.

In January 2024, we expanded that interface with candidate-caliber scoring. API users could submit a candidate and role—or a named experience dimension—to produce a score for downstream ranking and vetting.

This launch established the foundation for the self-serve product, partner platform, ATS integrations, and AI sourcing capabilities that followed.
