The Challenge
Huntress faced two compounding issues at once: a surge in fraudulent applications and a large increase in legitimate inbound volume.
Recruiters were spending roughly 35% of their time manually reviewing LinkedIn profiles and resumes for fraud signals. Even with that effort, fraudulent candidates still made it into interviews, creating wasted cycles and risk.
